A few years ago, I was heading down a career path that everyday I hoped would light a spark in me that just never happened. I decided to quit my job, let go of all securities and go back to school to major in Dietetics. I can honestly say there have been few things in life I am absolutely certain of and going back to school to pursue this passion of mine has made that list.

I have finally found what has made me tick and I am so excited to share my love of food with you. While in school, I have immersed myself in all things food between gardening, canning and learning Italian recipes that have been passed down generation after generation from my family. Literally my life revolves around food and I love it.

I hope this finds you well and you are able to adapt some of these fun loving recipes into this wild thing we call life.
